NI.KE一直注册后还能被注册，然后问了一下客服

Unfortunately its not possible to register the domain ni.ke

The domain was under bidding and it was won, the highest bidder was KES 1 billion.
However iits still showing available for registration because the bidding registration process is not yet completed by KeNIC.

We have made a refund of the amount that you paid.
