Dear Customers,

Thank you for your inquiry. We found that there is a large number of accounts which are registered by users from outside of Japan, and the majority of those accounts are used fraudulently. Therefore we changed our policy temporarily to not accept users from outside of Japan. Once we decided the account was created by those users, then the account will be stopped shortly in accordance with our policy.

If your credit card was charged 10,000JPY from us, that is just for the credit authorization and will not be charged. The actual credit card payment will be occurred on the first day of next month if you started using our service.

Apologize for any inconvenience. Appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

used fraudulently意思是欺诈，你用自己的手机+自己的信用卡，是不会有问题
和"大陆"一毛钱关系也没有

--整句没有提及跟信用卡有关，而且强调了这些用户的欺诈行为
因为idcf是后付费，用虚拟卡的逃单用户应该会多一些
这个也可能只是说辞，因为现在大家还都在用优惠码

-- 10000JPY根本没有真正被扣好不好，那是预授权，只占用额度。商家及时撤销，不会计入账单。什么时候撤销，这个没有特定时间。idcf是说，只有你成为了他们的客户后，发生真实交易了，才会下月第一天从信用卡扣费

如果是翻译的话就不叫总结了, 我用的是确实存在的日本那朋友的住址和对应的姓名. 电话号码也是日本的. 信用卡是大陆的, 所以才有第一条. 大家英语都好也都能上谷歌, 本不想打那么多字而已.

楼上一帮都看不懂英文么，还是怕号没人买了？邮件写的很清楚，因为大量日本境外帐号为欺诈申请，故不再接受境外用户使用，一旦帐号被确定由上述境外用户创建，将根据条款暂作封停。这么明显的一刀切举动看不懂？还争什么？没封你说明不了任何问题，漏网之鱼罢了。
