Hello — we've seen an influx of these tickets, and at this point it's a clear indicator that scalpers are doing exactly this, registering, and selling the account to someone else, and hoping we change account information, all while avoiding the $8 transfer fee.
In this case, we will have to decline the request. If you wish to transfer this to someone, we can send an invoice for a one time fee of $8 and help.
We make very thin margins on the flash sale deals, and the amount of free support, and admin time allocated to many of these requests, have caused us to take a step back - and decline these requests going forward.
